Elvetham Heath Parish Council Finance and Reports

The Parish Council receives a small amount of the money which residents pay as Council Tax. This is called the Parish Precept. Your Councillors are elected to spend this money in the way in which they collectively think it will enhance life on Elvetham Heath. There are certain obligations that money has to be spent on – for instance the upkeep of The Key Centre and outside spaces – and much of the rest is spent on projects to improve facilities.

Notice of Conclusion of Audit

Every smaller authority in England that either received gross income or incurred gross expenditure exceeding £25,000 must complete Part 3 of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return at the end of each financial year in accordance with Proper Practices.

As Responsible Financial Officer for Elvetham Heath Parish Council I, Tracy Hamer, can confirm that the Elvetham Heath Annual Governance Accountability Report for 2023-24 has now been completed and published on this website.

Annual Reports

Each year the Council presents the Annual Report at the Annual Residents’ Evening which summarises the Council’s work for the past year and includes the annual accounts.
